For some reason no one seems to be concerned about the DTC chill on writ. My broker will not trade the stock as a result saying I may be charged major fees at the sale if it can be sold(his words). The company is not returning my requests for info on the progress of solving the problems with the DTC.

Obviously some of you are trading. Are you paying additional fees?
