Momo Pennies and stocks that will go down

Ok BB, here is another pinky that I am or have some concerns here.
It's either one of the biggest scams or something "might" be happening by some JV deal.We have seen increases in AS & OS from 2,3 or 5 billion in other suspicious scam pinks but I have never seen such a drastic increase such as this,maybe there were others before I got into researching Scam Outfits,as you can see, FNRC raised AS to 20-BILLION & OS to 15,244,127,586.

Kevin Norris needs his 200k+ pay? I recall this company started in the state of WA long ago from my last search many months ago.
They started in 1988 & most likely found their "Oil/Gas" ventures were more profitable by duping investors rather than strike it rich by the real product.
