The US Bankruptcy Court in the Eastern District of Louisiana has officially closed the case against Treaty Energy Corporation. No appeals were filed, just in case there were any further doubts on the subject. Treaty Energy is in contact with its attorneys to discuss further options allowed under federal law regarding this matter.
