I dont know but you know they have since may 17th the OS was 356m and now its 382m. According if the TA agent was correct and the person that posted that was correct. Thats 26m more shares added . The A/S is 400m and 200m KCN has in restricted shares which some of that might be slowly coming out as well since its been close to 6 months. Thats why i want an updated share structure on this again so that i can see where this is going. I think its going to stay here for a while cause it seems to not want to fall below .0055.
