You may have missed your chance to get in under .11 With a PE of only 3.5, growing revs and profits, and plans for the higher exchange which only needs a price increase, .12 is still dirt cheap. The gain on nearly a million shares seems to indicate growing support for this stock. As long as they continue to grow and deliver and insiders continue to hold tightly as they have for a long time, it is headed higher.
