Spencer, your informative posts are appreciated, but can you explain how this company gets to $3-$5 per share with only a merger with Actsoft.

How does Actsoft get this much credit? I am asking this honestly, not bashing. I just don't see how it adds up.

In my discussion with an Actsoft sales agent, he was excited about the merger, but in his words, "We are hoping HISS can take us to the next level". That is also the reason he said he bought HISS stock.

Actsoft is not the leader in this deal nor can they be expected to carry us. We NEED to keep signing contracts, producing products, and delivering on time to be profitable. IMHO
