Hey guys, I received this email response from the Company today.

I had contacted them yesterday and this is their response back to me today.

Greetings-
Our project is moving forward as previously stated.
the stock has been halted by the regulators until end of day July 10th. They are checking into our records, operations, disclosure.. just performing due diligence in order to protect Investors.
Orders to buy and sell stock will start to be accepted Thursday, July 11th at market open. These orders will most likely need to be called in manually versus placed online until the company files additional paperwork, which should be done that same week.
