Questions regarding MJNA and the rescinded Articles

The company filed the corrections which rescinded significant changes in the share structure on 6/20/13, and those filings finally became visible to the public five days later.

I have the following questions:

1) Why didn't the company file a document with the OR SoS on 5/20/13 showing the actual number of Authorized and Outstanding shares, whether there were adjustments or not, along with the other six Articles of Correction?

2) Why didn't the company issue a PR announcing the corrections?

3) Why, forty-eight hours after these changes were brought to light on iHub and SE, and one week after we became aware that there had been filings, has MJNA not issued a PR covering these filings and their effect?

4) When will MJNA amend the 2012 Annual and the 1Q/13 reports to show the true share structure?

5) Why was it up to a guy on iHub to bring this to light?
