I just got off the phone with the BCSC. Pretty closed mouth but said in a round about way that this was a mutual agreement/settlement. Penstock chose this rather than going to court and possibly a bigger fine and permanent removal from trading every again.

So this reversal of the revocation order can be very quick after this settlement. Could be only days if Itokk files the proper financials. Which I can't see them not doing if they've already started down this path.

Also, we will not hear anything more from the BCSC until the reversal of the revocation order goes through. They have closed this case because it was settled
