Actually waterchaser, it is not that good. " net proceeds to DPBE are somewhere between zero and 8%. " I think right now it as about 8%, but that is NOT net, as you said. that is GROSS. that is BEFORE the expenses, the salaries, and all that. the net? Yes, much worse. So far a negative number, well below zero.

BUT - if Billy hits the big one, then we move up no matter what. And that really is the only thing that keeps many here, IMHO. The hopes of the big one. The little coins? They will pay some of the bills, and give back to some of the investors, and hopefully keep us afloat long enough to FIND that huge payday. And at these levels, I'm gambling (that famous lottery ticket thought others have) that if they hit something it will help us a LOT. The key is that we are diving. the #1, absolute and only key. that we are diving.

And that beats sitting at the dock with no money, or just not going out. That was our past, and might be out future again if we don't hit it big, but for NOW, we ARE diving, people have BEEN there to prove it, we DO have funding (Or we would not be diving) and I'm gambling that this summer we shall find something. We'll see how it goes. I have some faith in Billy finding things, in SPITE of Wilf's missteps, and again - we are diving. So we have that chance. But if we don't find the motherlode, then these little finds won't help us, since the number for our split is SOOO low. Shoot, the other company that is divng down there (on the south shore and in PUnta Cana) gets 50% of their finds, and that is their gross (Still not net) and then they pay salaries and such off that 50%. But thanks to the past for DPBE, instead of 50%, we get about 8% as a rough guess, after all the splits and obligations from things Wilf has done. Sucks - but still looking for the motherlode! can't say it enough. the key, and only key to me right now, is that we ARE diving. It puts us in the game.
