$MJNA will be uplisting to OTCQX:

They have submitted all necessary paperwork with the exception of the last portion to the full 24 months audited financials. We have Q4 of 2012 audited and the other 7 Quarters have been in the process of being audited since early this year.

Have a minimum bid price of $0.10 per share for its common stock as of the close of business on each of the 90 consecutive trading days immediately preceding the Company’s application for OTCQX,

Question is have we completed the application yet?
