One year ago I held 1.25M shares of HYII. I built that position after a face to face meeting I had with Gary Kouletas and Tony Alvarez. Being an interested investor I decided to take the extra initiative and actually visit the New Jersey office. I wanted to see for myself first hand whether HYII was for real. Without being told anything considered to be insider information Gary and Tony showed me the plans and even gave me a copy of a prospectus that was prepared for the Salitrosa mining project. I was, and still still do consider myself to be a novice in the stock market. But I left that meeting convince HYII was for real.
As the months passed after that face to face meeting, the stock hovered around the .035 mark. Then in February it jumped to .07 and the board was on fire with excitement. Then HYII tanked. No communication and no updates, nothing. I sold everything and walked away with a lose and said "oh well". I kept the HYII IHub as a favorite and looked at it every so often just because I was curious. Then a month ago I saw activity again on the board. What intrigued me was the May 3rd report that was posted. So I decided to send Gary an email to see if he would share any information. He got back me saying, "We are getting there". That was two Friday's ago.
There's still a part of me that wants HYII to be successful. But then again, I think,"is this going to be the same old thing?" I am in no way any expert on HYII. All I can say is do your own DD, and make a decision that fits your "gut" and pocketbook. This is the stock market. Yes, I built a small position again and will give it a few months before I stay with it or sell. I do not have any special ties to HYII, I am not a relative, insider, or promoter. Yes, I have Gary's email address but promised him I would not give it out, and I won't. If Gary said he will be providing an update, all we can do it wait to see if it's true. All the HYII investors deserve an update.
