That is simple. Maybe it is really only worth .0050 now, based off of what they have shown. The merger is not official, that is probably an issue with people looking to buy. Still have to do DD and financial audits? Are you kidding me? I expected a PR saying the deal is done, we are starting to pull in revenues now. Not this BS about more DD and financial audits and then as Seamm would say, a forward looking statement that we expect, focus on the word "expect" it to add 7 million in revenues. What is it going to add in profit, i.e. pps per share. That's what will drive the price up. If they get 7 million in revenue, but it costs them 8 million, well I think we all know that is a loss.
