Very interesting. It must be hard for Penstock to realize he cant head any other company for five years. Not being ugly, just looking at his past track record of startups. I hope this is a new beginning, but I wonder if he would have to do this (comply with the commission) in order to sell the company? I was looking at the sums of money he generated with issuing shares after cease trade...share price must have been considerable at that time...would love to see it return to those days, but I have a tendency to fantasize...lol
