I look as Phi as a product which will evolve. This first implementation is good enough to win some designs and establish the architecture. The following family members will improve based on feedback and more transistors from advanced processes.

Making it capable of standalone operation will be very attractive to more potential users.

This is going to snowball in it's market segment and pretty much wipe out all others.

Anyone remember Weitek?
