My understanding is that everyone there is a 1099 contractor. And I mean everyone. Even B&L who have employment contracts. That is one of the reasons they got busted by the IRS for not paying payroll taxes. If they ever had a payroll tax audit...forget about it. Game over.

B&L and are the only BOD members.

He has done so much for them, I am sure they would find some way to get him the cheapest shares possible.
