This Content Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into as of March 1, 2012 (“Effective Date”) by and between ConnectiVISION TV Networks and
ClearVision Networks and the licensor indicated below (“Licensor”) regarding placement of certain Licensor content (“Content”) in programming provided by ConnectiVISION TV Networks and ClearVision Networks for display on the digital services media networks (“ Networks”), as described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by this reference into this Agreement as if set forth in full herein.
