Why would ANYONE sell shares at this low PPS unless your a creditor and SG handed an excessive amount to you over the course of paying for his folly? Ignorance is BLISS I suppose!!

On the other hand, those " creditors " can be IN on the CON and get their payment via the good ol P&D.......one just NEVER knows does one?

He has to eat so it is a given that he will do at least one more P&D of some kind. You can bet SG and the creditors will come first. Then you will have a NEW batch of investors to contend with and try to wiggle shares out of in a few months.

EYSM turned into SEEK just as SEEK can and probably WILL turn into XXXX. Just some fancy PR's, phoney percentages and income numbers ( not PROFITS ) to lead investors on, a few legal doc's, possibly another set of financials and the deal will be done.......just like before.

SG will graciously give current investors hopefully a 1 for 10,000 freshly printed stock cert. from that printing press in his basement for all of your efforts in supporting him for 4+ years. That 1M shares your holding will now be worth 100 shares and it will be all good for SG to once again start diluting the company.

A new round of ground work and interest in the NEW stock will be PR'ed heavily and SG will be right back in business doing what he does best..........selling worthless shares at the top while your buying on the way down........ie. CON THE INVESTORS out of their money!
