I called Glen's number and spoke with one of their associates who informed me that Glenn was in Montanna at the drill site with "investors". When asked about the trading suspension I was informed that it was not related to financial filings, but rather PR claims related to the well. I take it all with a grain of salt, but it would seem that this would be a fairly easy investigation to conclude. 1. Is there a well site? 2. Produce the geologist and seismic data. 3. Produce the contract with the company that is going to set the casing.

I'm not sure what more the SEC would need in order to clear this up if they are concerned with the PR that is going out. We haven't really heard anything from a PR standpoint that would be hard for the company to produce as long as they weren't just making the $hit up. GLTA and I hope this is the one in a million company that rises from the dead.
