Ipittydafoo'....Goog with its strong political ties I'm sure have influenced JJ's ability for a timely ruling on this case. I fear that JJ will find reason to continue to delay his final ruling for many many months. When he does rule it will favor Google ala the latches ruling as well as the refusal to visit the decimal point error. Whwn he does finally rule look for the share price to take a dump.

I am long and the above represents my opinion. Lets wait and see if I am right.
