I've seen this so many times in penny stocks. A fraud pump and dump. Only this time, the overwhelming pressure that was put on the SEC halted it before more people got hurt. I wonder what it will open at in a few weeks when it finally does open. I would imagine it would open at least down 25-30% and by the end of trading be split in half. Just a guess.
