If it is done right it is a niche that is most needed especially, in that part of the country.
Once they have eveything together, since they are shown that they're filings are up to date, which @ the moment is the most important if there isn't any activity.
Patience is a virtue & it is worth just accumulate.
Mostly enough to not be notice & bringing cost avg. down & forming a low base as well as a shareholder.
Any major surprise should catapault this stock & its share price back upwards where it was before!

If there are concerns there is no reason not to get in touch with the corporate office & express oneself as a shareholder of record.
They cannot get mad @ someone for following up on the activities of ones own investment!
