You are right, Mr Gonzalo is right. This company had more manipulations than OTC Market can handle. If we investors see any share dilution, we will know the truth about new CEO and his connections, financing and plans execution. So far we do not hear any news that company is working and creating value for it's sherholders. I hope the news will follow.....there was enough money shoveled into this company over the years from share sales to guarantee quick startup and profits.

If CEO does good job, new investors will see the actual product and invest further and money will not be an issue anymore for this startup. All it takes to succeed is idea and hard work, which was not there at the first start.
