Actually you can't say "no" yet, because the chart setup has not played out yet. Very soon you will see how this plays out, but just because it hit a new low today doesn't mean one can assume what has not yet played out. The fact is that the lower it goes the tighter the PPO/ADX pinch gets, ensuring an upward event very soon. This is why one should take the time to understand charting and how you can use it for successful trading.

For those holding MIMV shares and wanting out, it would behoove them to wait for the PPO/ADX pincher play to follow through before selling, as this could provide the perfect opportunity to sell at higher price behind volume when this pops off this pinch play. The odds highly favor an upside burst behind this pincher play.
