It can be worded however you like, the FACT here is that the Audited Financials are NOT completed, and NEVER will be. Nor are the Tax Returns for the last four years! The "Mistakes" mentioned were purposely designed to screw investors out of their investments, period. Too funny that anyone would defend the lies as "Mistakes," there is no mistake in selling off 295,000,000 shares that are unreported in company financial statements, sorry to burst that bubble. They are not in any talks with anyone, it is a bold faced lie! Why would they need to hide whom they are "Talking" to from the shareholders? EVERY single PR'd LOI GDSM said was "In place" was a lie to raise the pps so Management and its insider traders could unload millions of shares, nothing more. And yes, GDSM has said all of this BS over 100 times in the past, go ahead and read back to each PR from 2009, all BS!

Keep dreaming about any Merger or Uplist, this drivel has been said by GDSM for over two years now. No one wants anything to do with this POS, and the SEC would tear them apart for even attempting to uplist with the amount of errors in EVERY Financial Statement since 2009.

It has already been over two years since the BS about uplisting was first mentioned in a PR from January of 2011, that was about the same time that GDSM was looking for a CPA firm to Audit the financials. How does it take over two years to Audit Financials in an Company NOT doing any business? LMFAO! Because they have stolen money and not reported it that's how. Unless a CPA or Firm wants to risk jail time to sign their name to this SCAM, it will NEVER happen!

The lack of understanding what is really going on here is truly amazing.
