VNDM was only doing it's job

MJNA raises cash for the development and expansion of its portfolio companies by giving them shares of stock, which they then sell into the open market at a time of their choosing. For example, MJNA gave 47M shares to CanChew.

It has long been suspected here that VNDM is being used to sell shares for MJNA's portfolio companies.

If this suspicion is correct, then VNDM's "wall" at $0.1453 was probably millions of shares behind the 100 to 50K showing, and these shares were being sold to help finance an MJNA portfolio company.

The pump began last Friday, with the publication of an article in another venue by a regular Seeking Alpha author, which was then picked-up on the message boards.

The pump may have been begun last week because that's also when MJNA filed papers with the Oregon Secretary of State which essentially made "null and void" all of the changes in the number of authorized shares since 2008, but more importantly, it may have also voided the 1:20 reverse split which attempted to reduce the number of Authorized Shares from 5B to 300M, which could mean that the number of AS never was changed from 5B, and remains at that level to this day.
