Yes, you are correct. It is odd.

They have the post-R/S price for current price, but left the pre-R/S price target up for the analysts predicted 12 month price.

They have it posted as a strong buy with a pre-R/S mean price target of $3.90 ($23.40) for the next twelve months.

All 6 firms agree that it is a strong buy rating placing CYTK in the top 15%.

I have seen this happen before when you look at reports within days after a split.
