This "well completion" time frame make sense if the well was being drilled FOR production. It is my understanding these first (4) wells still are being drilled as Exploration Wells and not as production wells. I have never read in any HRT information an OIL find would take an exploration well into a production well completion program. If OIL is found at "commercial quantities" then a new entirely separate drilling program will be planned. HRT could actually just sell the estimated commercial quantities without actually producing a single barrel of oil...though they do seem to want to now be producers with the recent BP purchase

HRT stated that no matter the result of Wingat the well would be plugged and was not intended to be placed into production. There was rumors of casing going out to the well..........this would not be the case for an exploratory well no matter if commercial quantities of oil was found.

True or not?????
