Honestly, this is more than likely to go back to .02's tomorrow. It might hit .04's early but I wouldn't expect it to close there. SVFC got some added attention this week so the pps has been rising early in the day then tapering off with people selling into the bid. I expect this to trade around the .02's and .03's until another PR is released. If it's good news then the PPS will easily go over .10 imo and steadily rise from there.
