to begin with i spoke with paul giles twice for over an hour in november and december of last year; i know what i was told, at that time they were supposedly in contract talks with big companies regarding advertising with these wheelies and as for brazil, that's old news too, just because some local representative in some little municipality tries to get these meters mandated doesn't make it law, only a proposal, just as they are trying (or were at least) to get them mandated in thailand or bangkok specifically, furthermore, i don't see any government mandating a product which doesn't EXIST in the marketplace yet, it's just common sense, lastly this company has made too much of what it wants to do and too little about getting ANYTHING done, i really hope i'm wrong but i see all the signs i have alot (for me anyway) invested in this company; i have been saying for a few months that they just want to keep this stock afloat until just before their stock becomes unrestricted, at which time they will be pumping the hell out of it so they can sell off and lo and behold the latest PR says production will be beginning just when their stocks become unrestricted; sorry too big of a coincidence for me; agian i hope i'm wrong
