CDFT Shareholders, this is a new experience for many including myself. Everyone in this forum are penny stock traders. We are used to paying a transaction fee to our brokers to buy and sell electronic air shares. There are fees that are ascocciated with transacting preferred shares. Educate yourself about the preferred shares if you have not already done so! There are also huge bennifits and rights and ability to make far more profit with preferred shares than electronic air shares.

This company is up-listing to the NYSE Alternext platform with some of us on its coat tail as preferred share holders. The ride has been relatively smooth until recently. You must consider that even much larger companies that IPO or SPO don’t go off without problems. I am sure you have read about a few? We have hit a few bumps but look at what is happening! The company has its door open and the welcome mat out to the share holders of record. Citadel is working dillegently with the share holders to fix the current problem. IMO everyone should have just a little more patience and understanding that not everything in a planed trip goes exactly as imagined.

As to those who have had concerns about the security of your personal information, do try to remember that you are dealing with a CREDIT CARD COMPANY. A credit card company that even all they way to today, there are no complaints with the Better Business Bureau. http://www.bbb.org/los-angeles/business-reviews/credit-cards-protection-service/citadel-e-f-t-company-in-tustin-ca-92003468

A company that has zero debt and no complaints certainly shows integrity in my mind!

For those who are in no rush to submit your information as requested, please don’t post later on down the road about not being informed that they did not know that this current process was to be done in a timely manner! It is clearly stated in the PR!

Gary DeRoss, CEO, Citadel EFT, Inc., states, "We appreciate the shareholders timely response to this corporate request on this submittal so that we can get these new common stock issued as quickly as possible."

Ok, I will get off my soap box now and you can say what you will and I know you will! ---->>
