Nothing backing me except MJNA's filings

Yep, I've got nothing, except for a series of filings from MJNA and a logical development of the evidence that nobody has yet to successfully challenge.

If MJNA itself says that the 8/4/08 filing and BOD vote that created the original 1:20 reverse which reduced the share count from 5B to 250M "null and void", and every subsequent filing based on that reverse is also "null and void", then it's highly likely that I am correct.

Because my conclusion is based on evidence and logic.

MJNA owes shareholders an explanation of this situation.
