Shell MJNA up almost 50% in 2 days with no news and 2x the dilution of O/S than PHOT. REally?? There is no reason dilution has to keep PHOT in the dungeon this long. I think basically we see people not believing in a higher valuation or they'd let this go to that level. Excuses are beginning to run very thin here hoping for the next PR or the next 10K 10Q whatever. Nothing moves it and the company is losing shareholders when it doesn't perform...Lets go already.
