Update from the midwest, Iowa and Nebraska, on the Walgreens roll-out. Dont have store number or phone numbers, i stopped by all in person over the past 10 days while traveling on business.

Cedar Rapids, IA manager not sure what i was talking about, but admitted that they recieve most new products without much notice from corporate ( this seems to be consistant within the walgreens operation, quite surprising for such a large company) He did state that they would be re-formatting the floor before the 4th of July weekend and was expecting new items, not sure if Fuse was one of then or not.
Iowa City IA, store manager knew they were receiving new product for placement "something to do with Tiger Woods" didnt know the name. They are also resetting their floor before the 4th of July weekend.

Omaha NE., Fremont NE. Council Bluffs IA all similar stories to above.

It seemed to me that the stores receive the new merchandise, with a placement diagram as to where it goes in the store and not much more from corporate. Not only true for the Fuse roll-out but all new products they receive.

I will be leaving again in the morning for the Omaha / Council Bluffs area as well as Sioux City Iowa area. i will let the board know if i find out anything new, good or bad.
