Joseph Canouse has submitted his resignation as an officer and as a member of
the Board of Directors of the Company and its affiliates, including Atlantic
Aviation, Inc., A-Cent Aviation, Inc., NHS Health Solutions, Inc. and Corporate Air
Repair, LLC effective March 1, 2013. Joseph Canouse shall submit for final
approval an accounting of any out-of-pocket costs incurred by Joseph Canouse
pertaining to travel and corporate expenses which shall be paid upon approval
and available funding and/or memorialized as convertible notes dated upon
incurrence of expense.
