Dumb question, if 144 million shares have been added to the float in two years, why did the stock hold 4/5/6 cents all that time? I'm guessing the added shares were given to ___ in payment of keeping the company and the Battis's going. What stopped anyone from throwing those shares out just to get a couple of thousand dollars?
