Dang a 2month snapshot would be nice. And I say that with the margin question, Cause if the shares are held in cash accounts, wouldn't it be correct to assume the brokers couldn't use those share as leverage?

I was talking with a broker with my institution about this cause I was intrigued with the option of the short side of pennies. But ultimately came to the conclusion that bonds were the better route. Partly because I couldn't get a exact understanding of the certain stipulations from the person available.
