That's what happens when the float is held tight. Most of the volume has been on MMs shorting. They are in trouble as the pps is steadily rising and now holding in mid .003s for a support level. They keep trying to manipulate it down to cover. I'm not complaining about low volume, that means no dilution. When news comes out and buying pressure comes in, PPS will rise and volume will increase as people decide to take gains.
