That is correct, Calip was paid for their consulting services with shares. That's common. I'm no CPA but that sounds like equity. If the company gained $400,000 in services that resulted in a distributed product, they can write that down as $400,000 in equity for their audited financials. I'm thinking the audited financials are going to look a lot better than most people think. And I'm expecting them to come out in July hopefully - latest August. I don't think it will take long to get everything in order.
