They're selling because of three new events that have to be dealt with ..... 1) delay of Markman that obviously changes short-term strategy ...... 2) conversion this coming Monday and how it affects the stock short-term ...... 3) defendant's new MSJ ...... This is anything but a walk in the park short term. Momo spurts every now and then like this morning ? Sure, but you're dreaming if you think it's a straight line up ........
