What criminals exactly? TEVE's sp depends on the company's performance. Since the company hasn't had to raise money from the public. its share price did not prevent it from carrying out its business. Lenfest provided all its funding.

Going dark and doing a reverse split resulted in miniscule volumes that does not allow an investor to sell his shares. Nothing to do with "criminals".

Bottom line is that you have no answer to anyone who wants to sell, except wait six months?
