Chartered ship - essentially a pay as you go scenario
All onboard is managed by VDSC
All reservations / bookings done by merger partner.
This is all great - we have control of the operations from booking thru the entire cruise and we don't have the expense of having to "buy" and finance a vessel.
Great model. There are a number of vessels available in this way and it minimizes our fixed cost component.
IMO anyway.
