Exactly. Seems to me this is a shoe in for simply ending the conservatorship. All that would need to be done is a lawsuit if anything else happened. And those are already getting under way.

Right now, Washington is just preemptively putting out any potential fires. Notice the lawsuits against the banks.

Make no mistake, the treasury is the final word over at F&F. Washington OK'd them. Basically, they OK'd the shift of blame over to the banks.

We're golden, imo.
