What does the little investor do who bought TEVE say five years ago with most of his money and now needs those funds for some reason? How does he sell his thousand or two thousand shares to pay ro his kid's college education or his wife's surgery?

In a liquied market that's not a problem, but with an average of 6 shares trading a day, it's not so simple.
