The article brings up court cases asserting that Intellicell owes the plaintiffs money. If you look at some of the recent 8-k filings they have settled some of these cases. It also brings up the FDA and Intellicell having issues with them. Their cellular laboratory facility recently underwent a thorough inspection by the FDA and Intellicell plans to "respond to those observations in a timely manner." Check out the stickies and you'll find out why the stock price has dropped over the years. Mainly due to delisting, revenue, no patents, etc. Intellicell is extremely undervalued because of the recent patents that were granted and the number of billion dollar fields the patents are applicable to. SVFC would be a great candidate to be absorbed by a huge company or to make huge revenues once they get their facilities running. IMO SVFC is a great investment and I myself hold a large amount of shares but it's likely to trade around .02-.05 cents until we hear some more news about the facility passing inspection or the International patent being published. After that the next PR's will send SVFC soaring. This is the only stock I plan to hold for the long run. If you plan on buying this stock I'd recommend you read Nadenla's posts they contain great DD on SVFC. Hope that helps a little.
