I'm sure that the SEC and the judge were fully informed of what is happening here. I believe that several people at the time, filed a complaint. It is once again proved that the SEC does not help the little guy. They destroy the money of hard working people by suspending and revoking stocks. Suspending and revocation of a stock without without prior notice, without information to the investors why they do this, is very very wrong. Investors have already lost millions because of this. But something straightening, that's different. I have never seen this happen by the SEC.
