As important is all of the Convertible Notes that haven't been accounted for - and it looks like the O/S is at least 1.5 Billion.

With the forward split that will be a O/S of 4.5 Billion.

Is getting 3 shares for my 1 dilution? Yes!

Will I maybe have more value? It's possible but very unlikely with the lackluster performance SKTO has given over the last 2 months...

I doubt anything actually happens as similar press releases have been issued many times.
