With the advance of gold and the increasing opinions on US economy and revenue base declining, I have been following CEF.. it is a Canadian fund that buys physical gold and silver and because it is a closed ended fund can be traded on the markets..
CEF is currently at $6.30 but is not gathering steam the way I would have thought ... still I consider it a long term hedge against a devalued US dollar and a boring 15-20% a year gain...
a sort of buy it and forget it kind of holding.
