Exciting to see some new folks too!
As Jerry assist in getting this company back on it feet again (I don't mean literally, of course) but getting filings up to date is critical, or how can one bring in new business (revenue) conduct any (M&A) going on if the SEC does not see them as a company to be taken with any sort of legitimacy?!
