A R/M, possibly. That wouldn't be good either, because only a scam operation would touch a shell this dirty.



Especially one with an active civil Federal RICO lawsuit and IRS tax leins. That is why only new or clean shells are used in Reverse Mergers, not that many have taken place lately. Although Reverse Merger rumors are rampant as a way to do a scam promotion.
